Eligibility criteria
- Resident of Telangana
- Holds a white (food-security) ration card
Note: Delivered via Telangana DISCOMs (no standalone application portal) — enrol through the Praja Palana system / your electricity provider. Consumption above 200 units in a month is billed in full for that month.
