National Overseas Scholarship (SC & allied categories)

Fully-funded overseas Master's/PhD for SC, DNT, landless agricultural labourer and traditional-artisan students at top global universities.
Eligibility criteria
- Belongs to category: SC
- Annual family income is ₹8 lakh or less
- Age is 35 years or below
Note: For SC/DNT-SNT/landless-labourer/traditional-artisan students; family income ≤ ₹8 lakh; age below 35; ≥60% in the qualifying degree; admission to a QS Top-500 institution. 30% of awards earmarked for women.

- Income certificate (≤ ₹8 lakh)
- Degree mark sheets (≥ 60%)
- Unconditional admission offer (QS Top-500 institution)
- Aadhaar / passport

- 2Keep the required documents ready: SC / category certificate, Income certificate (≤ ₹8 lakh), Degree mark sheets (≥ 60%), Unconditional admission offer (QS Top-500 institution), Aadhaar / passport.

- 4Note the deadline: Annual window — notified yearly on nosmsje.gov.in.
